Liability notice
The following statement is made in lieu of all warranties, expressed or implied; The sole obligation of Levanto Oy and/or the manufacturer is to replace the quantity of the product that has proven to be defective, provided that such guarantees or exchanges are the manufacturer’s stated practices. Levanto Oy and/or the manufacturer is not responsible for damages, losses or damages, direct, incidental or consequential, resulting from the use of the product or the inability to use it. Before use, the user must determine the suitability of the product for the intended purpose of use, and the user assumes all related risks and responsibilities. The above may only be changed by Levanto’s agents.
Prices
Levanto Oy reserves the right to change the prices and technical information of its products at any time without notice.
Terms of Payment
✓ 14 days net. An annual late interest of 8,5% is charged for the exceeding period
✓ Small billing allowance 7,50 €. Invoicing surcharge is not charged for purchases over 50 € (price without VAT and freight costs)
✓ Paper invoice surcharge 2,50 €
✓ Payment reminder fee is 12 € / reminder
Special orders
In all cases when a new product is ordered from Levanto for the first time or if the product is not part of Levanto’s standard products due to customization, the order is paid in full (100%) in advance at the time of ordering. For special orders or tools, advance payments are not refunded and products do not have the right to return.
Taxes and other charges for international shipments
Taxes and other charges levied by any government authority are the buyer’s responsibility in addition to the quoted or invoiced price.
Return policy
Before returning the products, contact Levanto Oy, as returning the product may not be necessary to solve the problem. All returns must be sent back in the original unopened packaging to receive a refund.
✓ Returns must be made within 30 days of the purchase date
✓ The right of return does not apply to used products, unless they have been proven to be defective
✓ Complaints must be reported to Levanto within five (5) business days of receiving the product
✓ The customer is responsible for the shipping costs caused by the return. After receiving and checking the returned product, Levanto Oy will refund the shipping costs if it can be shown that the product was defective
Damaged products
Claims for damaged products during transport must be made directly to the transport company, not to Levanto Oy.
Warranty policy
✓ The warranty starts on the day of invoicing and not on the first day of use of the tool
✓ The supplier represents and warrants that it designs and manufactures products in accordance with FEPA health, safety and environmental standards, www.fepa-abrasives.com.
✓ The supplier guarantees for 12 months after delivery that there are no defects in the products. If the product is defective, the Supplier is, at the supplier’s choice, solely responsible for repairing or replacing the product or reimbursing the distributor with the purchase price of the product
✓ The supplier is not responsible for any errors resulting from careless use of the product or neglect to maintain the product in accordance with the supplier’s maintenance instructions
