Diamond segment Venom

Venom diamond segments for reinforced concrete are a new product from Levanto for the construction industry. The segments are manufactured using an advanced multi-layer process, which significantly improves the cutting performance and reliability of the cutting disc.

Venom segments are suitable for cutting concrete, reinforced concrete and asphalt with wall saws and joint cutters, as well as for pre-cutting walls and floors. Thanks to their structure, the segments ensure stable cutting, high performance and long service life even in demanding working conditions.

Venom segments for cut-off wheels for wall saws and joint cutters consist of several alternating soft and hard layers. Such a structure enables higher cutting speed and improves the durability of the blade body.

There are several Venom segment versions in the range, which differ in their layer structure. The Venom-525 segment has more soft layers, which provides faster cutting. The Venom-560 segment has more hard layers, which ensures longer service life. By using both segment types in the same blade, performance can be optimized for different power wall saws and joint cutters, and for different materials being cut.
