SINTERED CORE BITS

Standard & Custom Solutions
Levanto is pleased to introduce you to a complete New Line of Sintered Metal Tools, produced with the highest level, state of the art technology.

THE CORE PROCESS IS VACUUM SINTERING; one of the unsung heroes of industrial metallurgy. In this crucial process, materials are heated and pressed in a vacuum environment until they are almost at the point of melting. As heat and pressure is applied, the materials become compacted, creating new materials with completely different properties.

Sintering Advantages:
✓ Custom made
✓ Complex shapes
✓ Allows a wide variety of metal alloys
✓ Cost effective and Energy efficient
✓ Reliability and repeatability in large mass production
✓ Maintains close dimensional tolerances
✓ Excellent surface finish and minimizes machining
✓ Weight reduction
✓ Eco-Conscious

Specially designed to provide excellent penetration rate / lifetime ratio, the Wolf series tools are an excellent choice for very diverse terrain conditions. The highest quality materials, rigorous testing and the new turbo-flush shape ensure excellent bit performance in any type of rough terrain environment. With the turbo surface built into the segments, the new turbo-flush shape ensures that drilling fluid flows freely through the waterways.

In this way, the drilling fluid flows optimally, preventing small particles from blocking the waterways and always ensuring maximum drill performance. The easily modifiable composition of the segments allows us to adapt the Wolf series diamond bits to the ever-changing needs of our customers.
